Dr. Levy is originally from Plainview, NY. He attended College at SUNY Buffalo with a major in Psychology and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Highest Honors. In 2001, he earned his medical degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY. He continued on to complete a Sports Medicine and Interventional Spine fellowship at UMDNJ in New Jersey. During this time, he was Assistant Team Physician for both Rutgers University and New Jersey Institute of Technology. He was practicing in south Florida until moving to Arizona with his wife and 3 children. Dr. Levy is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and by the American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Levy feels Pain Stop Clinics all share his holistic approach to patients with physical impairments, disabilities and pain that gives them a unique perspective that strengthens their commitment to provide their patients with compassion, understanding, and education.
