I have had one visit so far. Ladies on the front desk were helpful, nice, and fast. I did not wait to see the doctor even one minute.
Dr. Dines was very informative and attentive to my concerns. He explained all surgery options that I might need. I really like the fact the office found MRI results that were done a year ago and scheduled a new MRI on the day when I had my appointment. I have not received a confirmation call/mail yet about MRI authorization by my insurance. Ladies promised to take care of it. I hope they will.

Dr. Dines is really fantastic. He is quick but thorough, and clearly an expert in his field. I've seen him several times and ultimately had him perform surgery on my shoulder. I have no complaints at all about him or his practice. I've never had to wait in his office, and usually was taken before my appointment time. Val, one of his office assistants, is so extremely kind and helpful. Overall, one of the best doctors and offices I've ever been to!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dines and his office. There was little to no wait to see Dr. Dines and he did a great job explaining the procedure and listening to my concerns. In addition, he was extremely communicative and was easy to get into contact with via-email.
Overall, I could not be happier with my experience with Dr. Dines and would highly recommend him to anyone.

The doctor felt a little rushed. I don't think he spent much more than 5 minutes on me. We'll see if the treatment plan he came up with will solve my shoulder issues.

I would go back to him, seemed to really know his stuff. Came in for a shoulder injury, had xrays and saw him, he was quick but thorough.

Consultation for shoulder dislocation. Had an x-ray and visit right away. Dr. Dines was very helpful, and I was able to get an MRI the same day.

Dr Dines performed rotator cuff surgery on my husband early November 2013. The whole experience from start to finish was one of caring, concern and compassion on Dr. Dines part. He is without one of the few Drs. of the many we have dealt with over the years that I would absolutely recommend. He explained everything and left nothing for us to wonder or be concerned about .

My experience with Dr. Dines himself was great. However, there is an issue with his staff and my health insurance. When I set my appointment through zocdoc I inputed my insurance information and all was well. His staff called to verify my appointment.
I arrive at my appointment and hand his staff my health insurance card so she can scan it. When I leave to pay my copay another lady tells me that my insurance is not accepted. The lady who took my appointment through zocdoc says that she missed it cause she was busy. His staff had three chances to inform me that my insurance is not accepted. I was nervous about making an online appointment instead of calling but I thought it was a great option. There is not point using zocdoc if I still have to call to verify they accept my insurance.

Dr. Dines is the perfect gentleman and a great physician. He is approachable, thorough, and has tremendous talent (he operated on my right shoulder and you can't see any scarring, and gained full function of my arm). Excellent!

Dr. Dines was very efficient, the office was very busy but still took time to review my MRI with me, understand my problem, how it affects my work/life and came up with several recommendations and a plan of care. Over all a very good experience!
