Appointment was scheduled online (same day apt), and I only waited about 5 minutes before being seen. The doctor was objective and succinct. She listened to me and answered all of my questions. She was very professional. I would definitely go to her again.

I really enjoyed my experience. Often when waiting to see a doctor, patients not only wait a long time, but then feel like the doctor seeine them is in a hurry and downy care about you. That was not the case with Dr. Janineh. She really cared, and took time to talk with me. The staff all around was great!

arrived at her office, not realizing how critical my health needs were...Dr. Janineh convinced me I needed to go straiight to hospital...emergency personnel arrived quickly....A week after being in heart unit...I was released...will use her as my primary doctor now....nice staff too...

I went in to get to know the Dr, first and let her know what was going on with me . Being my first visit I fiqured it would be a short yes or no session . Dr. J.J. took time and Listened and wanted to know what I wanted to do . The Dr. then laid out out a small plan to get started on to know more about me and my health. I would rate her very high .

An all around great experience. Dr Janineh takes time to listen and doesn't make you feel like she's rushing to get to the next appt. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining things. Staff is professional and efficient and is right on top of all the paperwork. (i.e. lab orders, test results, etc) We've found a new family doctor!

Dr. Janineh made it obvious that she didn't care for smokers. One of the first things she asked me was if I smoked. When I stated yes she advised me that she could smell it. She made me feel horrible when she was checking my lung and held her breath while she was doing it. When the appt. Was over she was clearing get throat or choking, however you want to put it and commenting to the MA about my "smell". I'll follow up with her recommendations but u won't be returning to her specifically. I should never be made to feel that way. Oh, and she was doing an exam in my stomach and pushed on a spot that I almost came off of the table in pain. She asked what that was, I stated I didn't know, and she just dismissed it. I want even aware of this pain until then. I obviously need to have it looked at, but it will be from another Dr.

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Clinical staff was friendly and supportive. Dr. took the time with both my daughter and me (seperately) to discuss reason for visit and help find resolutions. Great team of caregivers.

The office staff and Dr. Janineh are extremely professional and thorough in my care. I was not rushed through my appointment and all my questions were responded to in a professional manner. Dr. Janineh is also very supportive of my alternative health supplementation and keeps a close eye on my progress. The office always responds promptly to phone calls concerning my health care. Love them!
