I explained to her my current medications. This included something you can get over the counter. However, it is cheaper for me to have it prescribed to me and I pay extra for my insurance plan to get cheaper prescriptions. Not only did she refuse to fill it, she shut off communication in the circle medical app so I could not ask further. I shouldn't have to pay more for my medication because she didn't want to submit it to the pharmacy. I will not ever be working with her again.

Nobody prior to the appointment could answer the very important question I needed to know, my only reason for booking the appointment. I was only seeking a prescription call Tri-mix, for ED. Tri-mix is a compounded injectable medication, that has to be made in a Compounding Pharmacy, "Nobody at Zocdoc or your 3rd party Circle, could answer the simple question, "Can your recomended Dr. be able to send the script I seek to my Compounding Pharmacy?" Instead I was told to keep the appointment and ask the Dr., Which I did. After jumping through all the hoops to setup "Circle", which was a real pain ony to finally be told by the Dr., "No, we don't do that kind of complicated prescriptions." We only do simple stuff here. She then told me, I can cancel this appointment so you don't get charged for it. Which I agreed to. Very dissatisfied with this service. Maybe you sould advertise that you only provide "simple services, whatever that means." DO NOT BILL MY INSURANCE!
