I saw Joy today and was extremely satisfied with the visit. I was not even done paying before I was called back to do the vitals. When Joy came in, it was like I was talking to an old friend. Very comfortable, and easy conversation. She listened to my concerns, and provided solutions to each one of them. Highly recommended!

Best provider ever! Joy has really helped me with a problem I had regarding trigeminal neuralgia. She was great explaining my diagnosis and treatment. She also calmed me down letting me know that I would eventually get better. She was so great I scheduled appointment for my son with her. Fountains Family Care is lucky to have her on their team.

15 mins past appt. to get into room, 15 mins to be seen by Joy. They forgot to have me take a routine urine test until after I brought it up to the doctor. Seemed rushed to get to lunch. Office staff didn't seem very helpful with my questions. Prescription was sent to my pharmacy wrong (it was fixed that day though). Suggested allergy meds at beginning, but didn't mention it again before I left.
