Warm and friendly admin staff which made the initial visit very inviting. Excellent Doctor! Very knowledgeable and personable she was able to evaluate the symptoms and prescribe treatment that other doctors could not. A must stay for a family physician.

I didn't meet with Joy Emmanuel-Cochrane until the end of the appointment. I got the practicing intern, who was ok but she had to go back and forth to ask the Dr. Joy Cochrane questions!

I had an appointment at 4 pm and I did not get to see the doctor until 4:45 pm. I was on time, a first time patient who had filled out all of my forms prior to my arival and still I waited for 45 minutes to see her. I did not realize that the clinic was also a urgent clinic that took walk ins, so I am sure that had something to do with my wait time. If I ran a clinic I would have walk in hours and ensure that I didnt make appointments during those hours so that my patients who took the time to schedule an appointment and be on time, were seen when their appointment was scheduled.

Too many advertisements in the office for weight loss products and facial treatments. It makes it seem like the facility is more concerned about selling products to me rather than being genuinely concerned about my health and wellbeing.
