It’s a video visit so I’m not sure as to why as the patient we have to be seen and the practitioner is in the appointment with a black screen. Secondly, I added my insurance information before the appointment only to be told once the visit started that my insurance is t accepted and the appointment would be a self pay. This is a waste of time.

The entire staff was really great! My insurance wasn’t covered but they worked with me and got me seen. Serena is amazing at her job. And the doctor was so kind, so informative. She made sure to take care of me, and was clear on her instructions. 10/10 bedside manner! That’s hard to find these days!
It was an all in all pleasant experience! I’ll continue to use them as my PCP for all future visits!

The doctor prescribed me medicine but did not provide my pharmacy any instructions so I could not get the medicine prescribed to me. On top of that there is no way to reach their office through phone or email. I couldn't get this issue fixed.

I have a pretty serious condition that requires frequent check ups. The convenience of village view's telemedicine system is life changing. It use to be very hard to maintain a job or at least good standing in a job because of my frequent requests for half days off for doctor appointments. Their approach allows me to have to.

From our first appointment Joycelyn always considered more than just prescribing more and more medications. She has sought out alternative treatments when traditional ones weren't working. The practice can get a little backed up at times but I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 15 mins.
