He actually listened to me and validated my concerns. I sometimes feel like I can "see" a medical professional 'not' listening and just waiting for their turn to speak so they can disregard or dismiss my pain and it's really exhausting and deflating. I didn't feel that at all. We even laughed and had some fun. He is unique and I feel really good about our appt. I highly recommend.
