Dr. Serrano is my favorite doctor of all time. I wish he could be my primary doctor! His bedside manner is so comforting and you can tell that he really cares about his patients. He also provides you with a lot of information and thoroughly answers your questions. The nurses are also great and are efficient in their work as well. They, too, show great care in what they do. Dr. Serrano is a national treasure!

Originally from Lima, Peru, Dr. Serrano attended the National University of San Marcos. He continued his medical education at Union Memorial Hospital, where he completed an internship. Dr. Serrano has also completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas at Houston.
Dr. Serrano’s training has rendered him an expert in vaginal work. He performs procedures including well woman examinations, vaginal surgery, pelvic floor repair, and colposcopy. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Serrano enjoys cooking, salsa dancing, and ballroom dancing, as well as spending time with his family.
