I would first like to thank you for allowing me the privilege to be your physician. I am originally from New York City where I completed my education at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, earning my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree in 1993. I then completed my internship and residency at Brook Army Medical Center, Texas as a U.S. Army officer in 1996.
Since graduating from residency, I literally practiced medicine all over the world, came back to Brooke Army Medical Center to serve as Chief of the Internal Medicine Clinic. From Brooke Army Medical Center I was sent to Bosnia and Iraq as a field surgeon during several combat tours. It was a fast paced combat tour. My motto was "Bring good medicine to bad places", giving the best possible care to our soldiers despite adverse and hostile environments. Upon completion of active duty, I moved back to the great city of San Antonio where I accepted a position with Northeast Internal Medical Associates, PLLC. I have placed myself in the role of being YOUR doctor. As your care giver, it is my desire that you, your family, and I will act as a team to care for your whole body, mind, and spirit in the best personal way.
