I don’t typically write reviews but if I could give this doctor 0 stars I would.
I arrived early to my appointment and was seen after waiting 45 minutes. The doctor was sitting in a room chit chatting and I overheard them talking about ethnic stereotypes and making broadly racist statements of that ethnicity being “cheap” before hearing them say they had a patient they needed to see.
During my appointment the doctor appeared extremely unprofessional and unprepared. He didn’t even close the door when discussing my private medical details. He kept repeating basic facts about me like my sex and age asked me questions ranging from what eczema (a common skin condition) was, and whether I had lip filler. I had to correct him multiple times on the area I was experiencing pain and as I was talking about my history with the condition he was repeatedly turned away from me, not to take any notes but to click obnoxiously loudly on a computer screen. He also completely forgot to fill my prescription and when I went back to remind them he asked the receptionist audibly across the office filled with other patients if I was there and if I even wanted it.
To top it all off, the practice charged me an additional fee for paying with card rather than cash. I would never recommend anyone coming here.

Don't trust that Aetna is accepted without checking with them directly. I was informed at my second, follow-up visit that I was out of network and was charged a far higher amount than they ran by me earlier in the appointment. The whole thing cost me far more time and money than I was planning to spend on an annual physical.

I think the provider is a bit overzealous. They kept trying to get me to do lab work which wasn't really necessary. They kept mentioning lab work -- it felt like every other sentence. It seems like this isn't uncommon with patients there, as mentioned in other reviews. They seem to have an aggressive follow-up and treatment stance. I wasn't impressed with their handling of patient information. Did I mention they kept trying to get me to run every lab in the book?

Dr. Posada is awesome! He is caring, thorough, and professional. After reviewing my bloodwork results, he literally called up a hemotologist on the spot to get a second opinion. I definitely recommend! You MAY have to wait 20-45 mins in the waiting room but it’s worth it because he is so thorough with his patients.
I’m so bummed that I have to switch doctors since I started a new job and my insurance is changing to a provider that the Prosalud office doesn’t accept:(

Doctor Prosoda and staff ask really thorough questions about your medical history, and run the tests you want per your request! They also check to make sure tests are covered by your insurance. Very caring and open-minded doctor :)

Friendly and helpful staff that provided prompt and excellent attention. I got my appointment on the same day for an OBGYN related issue, and Dr. Posada immediately assessed the situation and referenced me to the most kind and capable doctors. I got my issue solved that same day and I could not be more thankful.

Dr. Posada and his team offered an exceptionally warm and welcoming environment for a newcomer like me. Their office also conveniently had a number of diagnostic devices onsite (i.e. ekg, blood sugar reader) which made it a great one-stop shop for an annual physical. In a city full of only Telehealth options, it reminded me how nice it is to find a team who can see you onsite!

This was my first visit to this doctor. I am new to San Francisco and I needed to see a doctor for a cough. I got an appointment the next day. Dr Posada was kind, caring and thorough. His staff was efficient and friendly. The doctor took the time to explain everything and consulted with an infectious disease doctor to make sure the treatment was the best it could be. Wonderful doctor!

This was my first visit with Juan and plan to be back! Juan was able to fit me into his schedule at short notice and even accommodated a follow up visit within a week. He has a great bedside manner and went out of his way to help by calling a specialist. Both Juan and Ana at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

I booked my appointment with the reason being that since I just moved back to California I needed a new doctor to prescribe my ADHD meds. After seeing the doctor he informed me he doesn't prescribe those. I am not sure why this wasn't mentioned when I set up the appointment, but I ended up wasting over 2 hours of my time and paying for the office visit and travel only to not get what I needed. I think it is a fine overall doctor's office but this situation was not alright. I don't want to say I got scammed (because I didn't), but it sure feels that way.

Doctor was clearly trying to bill more by making me come in for unnecessary follow up appointments. Had a simple blood test he wanted me to come in for to get results instead of providing results over phone. Also had follow up blood test he ordered that he made me come in for another unneeded appointment for. Don’t waste your time and money .
