The office was short-staffed on the day of my appointment thus the long wait. But the staff explained and apologized several times for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Dr. Serrato was great, he took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the treatment options as well as answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Serrato!

I was impressed. This doctor was so personable and explained my x-rays via laptop. He also explained what we would be doing in the operation on my left wrist and my recuperation time. His nurse is still working on the hospital arrangements. The Tentative dates are 12/18 until 12/21, but the hospital is still pending.
His qualifications are excellent, based on his autobiography in the folder I received. I also like the fact that his business card was included in it as well.

This was my first time, but he's very friendly and professional. The wait to see him was longer than I expected, but he actually apologized to me for the wait and explained why he'd been unexpectedly tied up. This is the first apology I've ever gotten from a doctor, and I've had to wait much longer times with a few other doctors.
