Originally from Monterey, Mexico, Dr. Juana M. Braverman-Sanchez is proud to have provided quality primary care to residents of Norcross and greater Atlanta for over 20 years. A compassionate, analytical, and comforting physician, Dr. Sanchez is gifted in putting her patients at ease and educating them about their options, no matter their age or cultural orientation.
Taking a holistic approach to family medicine, Dr. Braverman-Sanchez offers a wide variety of services including simple suture removal, scar treatment, sclerotherapy, mesotherapy, treatment of acne scars, weight reduction, and Botox. I usually dont post reviews....but...Dr. Braverman was excellent! Very informative, very professional... I really liked her.... With the exception if her staff at the front, they are the face of the Clinic at the end of the day.....
What made my experience awful awful awful was the clerk, I believe her name is Christina(curly hair with tattoes) she was extremely rude, in person and over the phone, when I was telling her my concern about being misinformed and i loss time at work, which again, it was already done, is read of showing any sympathy, nope, not her fault, but she giggled, she laughed over the phone and hung up on me..., we should support our local clinics, yes but with persons like Christina, I will not be back nor would I recommend this Clinic to anyone. We are paying our money and we expect some type of professional service..... I needed the shots, but the person who charged me supposibly charged me wrong and intead of calling me, they sent me the bill. I mean, I had already had a horrible experience with the Clerk, the idea of going back made it worse. Anyways, that was handled by a professional clerk (blond short hair nice lady). I hope this Clinic takes the appropriate action and review this with their employees that if they're having a bad day, not to reflect it in their patients... Is not fair for Dr.Braverman.

I noticed that the CNA did not wear gloves while giving my child a shot. I didn't say anything because I didn't realize until after it was done . It was kind of disturbing.

Overall my visit was great this was my first time at this doctors office the doctor was very pleasnent nice and helpful there was two things I did not like was the wait I filled out my application online and when I arrived at the doctors office I was told they could not access the web app ( only the office manager could and she was out the office for the day ) and the address they have listed is incorrect a big inconviecence but overall my vist was great I would recommend this doctors office

Dr. Sanchez did not introduce herself. She didn't spend five minutes talking to us. She order shoots for my child without telling me what they were for. Either Dr. Sanchez or her staff falsified my child's documents. We will not be returning.

Because I am new to the Atlanta-Clairmont area I was not aware that this practice was Spanish, so the communication was not clear. The nurse practitioner was very nice.

Office was late to honor our appointment time and when we got there, they did not know what I was there for. I don't know how long we had to wait to see the doctor but I was sure we had an appointment and several walk-ins got in first.

I shocked to see that she is a pediatric doctor. I was the only adult waiting to see her. had I known this, I would have never booked with her. The appointment was for a physical, I didn't get a complete physical. The pictures looked like a pretty office but, I was disappointed, it looks outdated in person.
