I called the day before to see if they could treat my condition there, the lady I spoke to said yes. At my visit the doctor spent 5 mins with me and referred me to see a dermatologist. It was a waste of time and money

Dr. Dennis and her staff are simply the best in Roswell! They got me in on-time, exactly at the minute of my appointment. The ZocDoc app couldn't be easier to use and schedule an appointment that you know will get you in and out, and recuperating in no time.
Dr. Dennis' staff even followed up by calling me today - 3 days later, to see if I was "on the mend, as expected!" I love you guys (and gals). Keep up the great work!

Great place. Thanks to Scott Hearn I got relief from my sinus infection later the same day. The steroid injection was a lifesaver and the antibiotics are now doing their job. I appreciate being listened to about my symptoms and Scott did a great job diagnosing what I thought were sever allergies run wild.

It was informative, thorough, professional, kind and non-stressful. I needed a refill of my blood pressure medicine while seeking a new doctor. All my information was checked, vitals were taken. I asked for recommendations for choosing a primary care physician and was given several to check out and advised on who to find those who accept Medicare. My blood pressure medicine prescription was given, that I needed. My experience with Judith Dennis, MD could not have been better.

The entire team from front office to clinical were very friendly and professional. They took my condition , suspected kidney stones seriously, I went to the radiologist and they arranged the appointment. I hope I don't need to utilize urgent care again but if I do , I would certainly return to this office .

Dr treated like a personal physician would. Took time to evaluate medications as well as immediate urgent condition we were seeking help with. She was sensitive to patient need for clarification and instructions for taking medications. Experience exceeded my expectation for " doc in a box" care. Physical setting was very zen and not corporate. Highly recommend.

I actually saw Dr. Andrea Kovacie and she was wonderful. I was suffering from a severe sinus infection and an Awful headache and she got me all fixed up. Within 24-48 hours I was feeling much better. So thankful that this Urgent care was open on Saturday!

This visit was not a good experience. I definitely will never return to this urgent care. This is what happened...the dr came in and sat at her computer and asked questions. I came in for my back. She did not even check my back. Just went by what I said. She said I was getting a shot and walked out. The PA came in and gave me the shot. Then said lay down because some people faint when they think about the shot. He shut the door. I laid on the bed for 20 minutes. No one checked on me. CSI I went out and asked if I could leave. The dr was sitting in her office and told me that they have to wait to see if I have a reaction to the shot. When she returned I asked her how she would know if I had a reaction with the door closed. She said it was a rash that coul develop and I would have come and gotten her. Not too professional if you ask me. I also told her that she never felt my back for coming in with back pain. She said she did???? After I brought up those issues she seemed more patient friendly but by that time I was done. I had been there almost an hour and a half. Arrived at 3:39. Vitals taken at 3:47. Prescription printed at 4:52. Then the dr came in to give it to me. Left at 5:10.

Late on the evening of March 17, 2016, I suddenly became ill. I went to the Urgent Care Center and saw Dr. Dennis. In my entire life, I don't remember feeling as bad as I did that evening. Dr Dennis took the time to listen. She and her staff provided excellent care.
The next day was Friday and Dr. Dennis arranged for me to have additional testing. It is sometimes difficult to get my insurance company to approve medical test, but because of the excellent information provided by Dr. Dennis it was approved immediately.
I returned to see her on Friday after the test were completed. Since they did not provide answers, she arranged for me to have another test and blood work.
On Tuesday I needed to see a specialist. This is not a doctor who knew Dr. Dennis. She praised the exceptional work that Dr. Dennis has done. She stressed that every step that she had taken was correct. Since she had the benefit of the test performed, she was able to make informed decisions about the best treatment.
Words are inadequate to express my gratitude. She was kind, proactive and determined to find the cause of my illness.
I said to her that 'she saved me life' and I truly feel that way.
Jesse , who was the nurse that I saw most during my visits , is excellent. I do not know the name of every staff member, but I have nothing but praise for all of them.
Dr. Dennis and her staff were a blessing to me. I thank the Lord that Dr. Dennis was there for me.
