I hesitate to write this because I don't want y'all taking up all the appt times when you read how excellent she is, but I'll take my chances. Everyone is super nice and helpful, Dr. Sun is pleasant, experienced, knowledgeable and thorough.

Dr. Sun was very friendly and conversational. This was my first time at an OBGYN and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I was taken back into the room right away when I got to the office and the nurse who took me back was super sweet. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend.

My visit was great! I got there a little early and they took me in right away. Dr. Sun is very professional and takes her time to get to know you and your health. I'll definitely be returning to her the next time I have to make an appointment.

Wonderful! I've been going to her for the last 4 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. She is very informative, open to answer any questions and makes you feel comfortable. One of the best doctors I've ever been to!

Dr. Sun is very nice but I could NEVER get an appointment with her. And she never really had much advice when something was wrong: she always seemed ready to offer a prescription if I asked, but when I was looking for information about prevention she seemed very blasé. Never had any ideas other than to say "it's possible" about causes I may have found on my own. And then a year after my last visit with her, I receive a collection call about a late payment that I had already paid! Steer clear. Her head never really seems in the game.

The staff in front are very friendly, and I do recommend this facility.
As a health care professional in the patient's role, I do not recommend Dr. Sun.
1. Her approach could be more personable, especially given her specialy- GYN. I believe history taking is an "art," if you will, and she isn't a medical student reading from a piece of paper anymore. This was my first time with her, and it would have been nice if she had taken my social history BEFORE she put hands on me.
2. Once I told her I was a PA-C, she completely stopped educating me.
3. WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY-- My results were abnormal and it took her 2 1/2 weeks (after the results came back) to get a hold of me. UNACCEPTABLE!! I had no information other than that something was not normal and she took her sweet time in calling back only when her schedule permitted (Tuesdays). I called back multiple times asking for her to take five minutes inbetween her operating room cases and call me.
Had she taken the five minutes, I may be going back. But I will take my follow-up appointments elsewhere. I understand that people have busy lives. But I don't feel like Dr. Sun actually cared, and I doubt that she even remembered who I was when she was talking to me on the phone.
I see many patients every day, and I take pride in what I do when I provide care. I treat patients like I want to be treated when I am a patient myself. Building rapport and returning phone calls are crucial. I see that she has good reviews from others, but i just can't say that my experience was a good one.
