Julian Paniagua is a warm and friendly pediatrician providing excellent medical care to his patients in El Paso, TX. Dr. Paniagua is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and he is a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Hidalgo Starr County Medical Society. He is affiliated with the Hospitals of Providence - Memorial Campus in addition to serving his patients at Providence Pediatric Medical Partners of El Paso, both on Mesa Street and Gateway North, his new clinic.
Dr. Paniagua attended the Universidad de El Salvador in his native San Salvador to receive his medical degree. Dr. Paniagua completed his medical internship, pediatric residency, and neonatology fellowship while living in San Salvador, after he received his medical degree. In 1991, he relocated to Miami, FL to compete an observation at the University of Miami’s School of Medicine. He then completed his pediatric residency at the Texas Tech University’s Department of Pediatrics. During his final year of residency, Dr. Paniagua was named Chief Resident.
Dr. Paniagua provides the highest quality care to his young patients, and he welcomes them for pediatric consultations, which are completed in 45 minutes. He is involved with the parents of his patients, and he encourages them to ask questions regarding their children’s health and care.
