It did not take very long to be seen after I filled out the paperwork for a new patient. The nurses I saw first were all very nice. It was a very short wait overall. When I did meet Julie, she was very nice and listened to my main concern as to why I was there. I felt like she was the first physician that I've seen in a very long time that listened to what problem I was having and my background of it. I will definitely come back to her. I had arrived right around 11 to make sure I had time for the paperwork and I was back out in the parking lot at around 11:55.

I had to wait 1 hour past my scheduled time and no one from the office ever spoke to any of us in the lobby. Everyone had to go up and ask how much longer. It was very frustrating. At the least i would have been satisfied if someone had told me they were running behind, but no one from the office staff said anything to anyone. Very busy place and this visit was not fun. On a positive note Julie was great and explained what the delay was, I just wish someone could have let us know earlier about the delay.
