I have some mixed feelings. My RX was written without dosage. The pharmacy had to fax the office for clarification. They did this three times. I called the office and was told I had to leave a message. No call back all day. Finally had to call and ask for an office manager and was told I didn't get a call back because is takes 48 hours for responses on the RX voice mail. But previously was told they should be checking it on lunch and I expressed it was an antibiotic and I needed a response soon (UTI). They did eventually call the pharmacy but it required me to make two calls to the pharmacy and three to the office. Not a good first impression.
