I received numerous reminders via email and phone to remind me of my upcoming appointment which I though was very nice.

Dr. Gould was very helpful, professional, and kind. Her office staff was also very friendly. I got an IUD placed by Dr. Gould and it went as well as it could have - I asked for one Monday, got it placed Thursday after my insurance (fully covered!) and health was verified by the office. I'd recommend this office to anyone.

It was fantastic. Dr. Gould was very attentive when listening to my concerns and addressed all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable and upfront with my options. She let me ask all of the questions I had and addressed each one. I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. It was a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Gould.
