She was very short. Very quick to dismiss concerns. When I asked about other ailments, aches and pains she quickly handed me a referral card to a surgeon and ended my appointment. My questions certainly could've been answered by her, but she seemed rushed. If I were a hypochondriac I would've been freaking out.

I truly appreciate Dr. Hsieh! I came from a doctors office that treated me horribly, and I felt incompetent and belittled. Dr. Hsieh listens and takes the necessary steps to find out what is going on. She has helped me realize that something might actually be wrong and that I don't need to "suck it up" and pretend I am fine. Thank you, Dr. Hsieh!

It was my first time to try this doctor so I arrived a little over half an hour early. Filled up the necessary forms and was attended to at my appointed time. She is a good doctor; asked me about all my concerns and made me feel at ease all the time. I am glad I tried her after reading the reviews of the previous patients.

I have seen her only for the annual checkup last 3 years and been happy. She gives a detailed review of blood test by email, which is very helpful. If any complaint, she only works 3 days/wk. I liked to be able to make appointment online.
