If you are looking for a typical, run-of-the-mill nutritionist, don't come to see Julie. She defies convention in the best possible way. Julie has helped me in 3 months more than multiple other professionals have in 10 years. She is the best out there and will help more than you can imagine.

Julie is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology. She also has many years of experience working with clients before and after bariatric surgery. Julie is absolutely amazing- warm, insightful, bright, and encouraging. She understands changing your diet is difficult, and works with you to incorporate those changes comfortably. She also ensures you understand why you may need to make changes, and most importantly, treats you holisticly. She considers your body, mind, and emotions...and that is a perfect approach to creating sustainable, healthy changes.
