The doctor was absolutely great! Very pleasant experience. She took the time to listen to me and explained things to me in a clear and understanding manner.
The office staff was extremely unprofessional. The front office was talking and laughing extremely loudly. They were online shopping instead of working and playing music for each other to hear.
The back office was also very unprofessional. I ended up with two nurses assisting me (which was a mistake made by one of the nurses). They argued in front of me and I thought things might get physical for a moment. EXTREMELY uncomfortable and unprofessional! I really like the doctor. However, I'm not sure if I want to interact with the staff again.
