I’m Dr. Juliet Gaisey, a board-certified physiatrist focused on helping patients regain function, manage chronic pain, and improve their quality of life — right from home.
I currently offer telemedicine visits through Zocdoc to evaluate concerns such as back and joint pain, weakness, and mobility limitations. Many patients begin with virtual care, then transition to home visits, which can be scheduled after an initial video consultation. My practice, Michigan Rehab Consultant PC, serves patients in Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties.
In addition to in-home physiatry care, I also offer:
- A physician-led weight loss and musculoskeletal wellness program
- Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) for patients tracking pain, function, or adherence to home exercise plans
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) for eligible patients using home devices (blood pressure cuffs, scales, pulse oximeters)
These tools allow us to track progress, provide support between visits, and help patients reach their health goals from home.
