She was quick and to the point. Listened to my symptoms and prescribed appropriate medicine. After seeing my work doctor and not getting anywhere (he incorrectly treated me), she was a breath of fresh air. Bedside manner left a bit to be desired, but I was appreciative that she provided the appropriate treatment and I was better within a few days.

The staff are very helpful and just as friendly. There was little to no wait time.
Dr. Depue is always incredibly kind, patient and has the greatest bed side manner. She takes the time to listen and acknowledge all my concerns and questions. She takes the time to ensure I'm comfortable and fully understand the information she provides me before I leave.

I've been through a number of primary care managers since I moved to Houston, but none of them have really felt like a good fit for me. They either didn't have regular availability or I only ever got to see a nurse practitioner or the doctor felt incredibly disinterested in my long-term health goals. Dr. Depue has been different on all accounts, though. Not only does she have plenty of available appointments, but she also takes time to see each patient personally and provides them with excellent care. She takes her time and answers each question as fully as possible. She is kind and devoted and does everything in her power to ensure you live the healthiest life possible. :)

We were never asked if we had any questions after the check up. All the front desk staff need to smile and be more friendly. Dr. Juliette was descriptive and showed us explanatory pictures which was good but she just walked away at the end of the visit without even saying anything and she grabbed the next patient and went to the examination room. We had questions to ask her and did not get the chance to ask her at the end of the visit. We didn't even know if the visit was done until we asked the fromt desk. Will not go back to that business and would not recommend it to a friend.
