I felt like I left with no answers or follow up or concern for the little information I did express about feeling unwell. The appointment was so short for it to be an annual as a first time patient. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the lack of concern with the information I did share and know is concerning. Right away birth control was the answer without even listening or following through what is going on or what I needed help and answers to.

The staff here is so nice and I was seen right away. The appointment was also quick, which I appreciated. Dr. Caicedo is amazing. She’s warm and welcoming. She lets you know exactly what’s happening at all times. Great bedside manner and clear communication on next steps. She also reassures you that the office is available for any questions you may have after the appointment.

The office staff was very polite and helpful with filling out paperwork. They were quick and I was seen before my scheduled time. July was very clear and explained everything before the procedure. She also checked in with me throughout the whole procedure to ensure I was comfortable.
