Dr G has a great bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable right away. The staff in his office are also very nice and friendly. The wait time was longer than I would have liked but wasn’t too bad (about 20 minutes).

Dr. July Gaysynsky is a board-certified Family Practice physician with over 25 years of experience in intensive care, urgent care and family medicine. Dr. Gaysynsky’s work and international training have equipped him with a unique perspective on medicine and an expertise few other physicians can claim. Dr. Gaysynsky graduated medical school and completed his residency training in Russia, where he also worked as an attending physician in the ICU of the city hospital. Later, Dr. Gaysynsky worked in Israel at Tel-ha-Shomer Hospital in Tel Aviv and in the Zriphin military hospital. After moving to the United States, Dr. Gaysynsky completed the Family Practice residency program at NSUH Glen Cove hospital where he was selected to be Chief resident. After completing his residency, Dr. Gaysynsky served as the attending physician at urgent care clinics in Bayside and Manhattan for a few years before opening his own practice. Dr. Gaysynsky’s private practice in Valley Stream, NY offers a wide range of primary care and urgent care services, as well as IV hydration and vitamin treatments, healthy travel consultations, and CDL (DOT) physicals.

Fast and easy. Tried advantage care at 260 sunrise highway called they told me I can do a walk in and I'll just have to wait and be seen but when I arrived right away I was turned away and told to a local urgent care not very professional they are more interested on reducing their work then actually taking care of people.
