Long wait time doctor is rude unprofessional with no bedside manners talks to you in a unacceptable way she needs to learn how to talk to people.
I would not ever recommend anyone to her or go back.
I tried to try her out and see if she was as bad as the reviews and she definitely is don’t even waste your time with her.
If I could give 0 stars I would she is horrible and doesn’t deserve anything at all.

This is was first visit to Dr. Marshall. As of new patient I expect the physician to really understand my health history and provide whatever preventive treatments needed. Upon entering the room I was immediately asked do I have any questions? An introduction of yourself would have been pleasant instead of making the patient feel as if they’re being attacked. No feedback during my exam and when I asked a question , Dr. Marshall was very unapproachable. Needless to say I will not be back, customer service is key in any industry. While I understand companies are busy the small things like service are non-negotiable. I was referred to Dr Marshall by a tenured patient however my experience was far from what I expected.

I dont know what Dr. Marshall was coming from, but I had an appointment at 2pm, was in the exam room by 2:30pm, and was not seen until I poked my naked self out of the exam room and saw Dr. Marshall herself UNTIL 3:45PM.
I was not even told why I was waiting for so long, I was told to undress and put the flimsy paper gown on. I was sitting in the exam room, literally freezing my butt off. The staff could've given me an update??
When Dr. Marshall asked them who I was waiting for, I over heard those girls say "not sure, theres someone in there?"
THE WALLS ARE THIN...
Unbelievable. I put my underwear back on and was about to leave and then Dr. Marshall finally came in.
She took my annual and I'm sure I didnt see her wash her hands until after she took samples. After Dr. Marshall left the exam room, I saw that my samples were sitting on the counter. The lid wasn't on, I'm not sure they did anything with it. It could be compromised. I wouldn't know. I left, and I don't think I'll be back.
Not that they need my business to function...but thats my 0.02.

Was very negative about a lot of things.
Only seen my baby once, at 15weeks. Now I am 21 weeks and they scheduled my appointment for a month later, because they don’t know when they’ll have ultrasound tech, very unorganized.

Previous experiences with other doctors prevented me from getting my annual well woman exam. Dr Marshall talked to me the whole time like we were girlfriends, before I knew it she was done! I have found my ob/gyn!

Staff was friendly and helpful. This was my first visit with Dr. June and she got to know me and my medical history. I felt she was really engaged. My wait time was maybe 5 minutes after I filled out all the paperwork.

Then when I met Dr. Marshall she immediately made me feel at ease, important, and like I made the right choice. The staff were very welcoming and sweet. Dr. Marshall was incredible even with the way she talked to other patients. She made sure to make come back to check on you, wasn’t rushed at all which made me feel at ease. She even called me personally to tell me about picking up my prescription.

It was a nightmare! I read bad reviews on google but good ones here so i decided to give it a shot since it was close to my home ! Worse decision ever! She is rude she doesn’t care how you feel or if you care ! The wait and stay time can go from 45 min at least to 3 hours or more! And not even worth the wait cause she wont even take the time to sit and talk to you if you have any questions or concerns you will have to follow her out the door !
