Dr. Justin Chronister, a fellowship trained Orthopaedic Surgeon, is a native of Houston, Texas. After completing his fellowship at the world-renowned Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama, he returned to Houston in order to be close to family and service to the community in which he grew up. When not working, he enjoys weight training, cross fit, running, hiking, soccer, golf, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

The doctor was good once I finally saw him. The front desk/check in was very disorganized and the wait time was over 90 minutes.

He failed to review the X-rays in his office but approached me in the waiting room and showed me them. He did not follow up in a timely manner to review my MRI results. They were supposed to be ready in two days but now he 'may call me today' but definitely Monday. It took his office two days to make arrangements to have drugs ready at my pharmacy. I have now scheduled a different doctor and have asked them to send the MRI and XRay results to them. Let's see how long it will take for that to happen.

The reason the visit was so long was because he had an emergency over at the hospital which delayed in getting over to see his patients.

Dr. Chronister is a great doctor. He takes personal interest in my concerns and gives me direct answers to my question. Not only, but takes time to show diagrams of what we are dealing with. I've seen him 2 times and left both times feeling very satisfied with his advice. He will be doing my meniscus surgery. Not only him, but his secretary takes a personal interest in my needs and truly listens.
