Dr. Crop is a great, non nonsense kind of Doctor, and he is very detailed in catching things before they become potential long-term problems. I would say that the only complaint about seeing Dr. Crop is that the wait times are not great at all. My previous Doctor was rarely more than 15 minutes wait time, and possibly anywhere from 5-10 minutes about 75% of the time. Expect to catch 30 minute power nap, or a maybe even a full hour-long nap before you get in to see him. I've only been to see him between 5-6 times as my new Doctor, and I haven't waited any less than 30 minutes to see him every time.
I liked Dr. Crop so much that I asked him to be my personal doctor. Also, the staff was very professional and friendly. I was surprised at how fast they were able to take an x ray and diagnose the problem. Thank you Dr. Crop.

I was VERY sick, and it was all above my neck. My throat hurt, my nose was stuffy, I had a headache, and my eardrum ruptured. Long story short, by the time they called me to a room, I got pretty emotional--I was SO miserable, the sweet sweet sweet nurse calmed me down and helped me a lot (I wish I had noticed her name). By the time I met with Dr. Crop, he could tell I was done being there. He got through the appointment quickly, and sent me on my way to feel better. I really appreciated the whole visit. I was pretty embarrassed to break down in front of the nurses.

Dr Crop and his staff were very engaged in me as a patient. They went the extra mile to see to my needs and make necessary arrangements for further tests. I felt his desire for answers mirrored my own. I'd say care, concern, and timeliness are good words to describe my experience.

Dr. Crop did my colonoscopy, my first at age 60. Everything went very well for me; I couldn't have asked for anything better. I realize that others can have growths and complications, but I had a great experience.
Verified patient
I had a good vist. I could have been asked more queastions about what was going on. And I think maybe more time spent with me we could detect my problem. I left with who knows
He was very courteous, has a good sense of humor, and was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and prescribe a treatment that has been working great.

Justin Crop was to the point, no unnecessary questions, and put me at ease. He gave me the impression to be knowledgeable. This was my first visit, and so for me too soon to give a definite opinion. But for now I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor.
Great doctor, I wish he would have spent a few more minutes with me. I'm a guy and it took a lot for me to go on there. I was really concerned about my illness and felt that a few more questions could have given me more peace of mind.

Since I work in medical research and development I've worked with a lot of doctors. Dr Justin Crop was very open to my ideas on how to improve the home prep for a uncomfortable medical procedure / test I will have next week. He took the time to tell me the pros and cons. 3 years ago, before the same test, I used this simple home remedy. . It was approved by that doctor. It worked dramatically well. [ I would have been rejected for the test otherwise, which would have taken another 24 hours of prep. ] Dr Crop was very open to ideas . . .[ which came from a patient. ] I feel very confident of his skill and care. His education and training are impressive also. He recommended I contact the U of Utah Med Center to start a study.

He was very professional and very courteous. He asked lots of questions that I wouldn't have thought of and answered my questions very well in terms that I could understand.

I appreciate him seeing me today! He seemed a little tired, but that's understandable. He was helpful with ideas of what my problem may be.

I am new to the area and needed to see a doctor promptly to address pain in my shoulder area. Dr. Crop was able to see me in the urgent care center. He was a good listener, seemed compassionate/empathetic, and took my concerns seriously. Additionally, he went the extra mile by putting in referrals for me to get some health care providers in place for me since I'd recently moved to Utah and didn't have anyone in place yet. That was not only very helpful, but impressive!

Dr Crop really took the time to listen about what was wrong with my daughter. Not only did he talk to me about what was wrong, but he talked to her and let her explain what was going on...he made her feel like she was included in her care and didn't treat her like she wasn't there like some doctors do. My daughter really liked him...and usually she only likes our primary doctor...

I really liked Dr. Crop. He was so personable and my experience from check-in to check-out was positive with all other employees. I'll definitely be back!
Awesome.
IThe visit was good he listened to my systems and followed through with was I felt was wrong. Explained the RX he was putting me on and was all around pleasant. Thanks
Verified patient
He was friendly & very efficient.
It was nice. The nurse I talked with was kind and sympathetic. Dr. Crop listened to my concerns, and helped me not feel silly for coming in.
Excellent. Thank you.
Felt like a really long wait in waiting room - but I know that happens sometimes. Waited at least 45-50 min in waiting room. Dr. Crop was nice - seemed a little unsure about a couple details. (Taylor Drug's hours and needed to confirm whether my antibiotic was safe for pregnancy - but I'm glad he took the time to confirm that).
This was the third time I had seen Dr. Crop. He is very personable and so far has done his best to help me get my health on the right track and listens when I tell him something is working or not working. Great experience.
