Justin Hakimian, MD, is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Nuclear Medicine. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He completed his internship and fellowship at North Shore University Hospital. Dr. Hakimian holds a position as Clinical Assistant Professor of Cardiology and Medicine at the Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine. He works as a Nuclear and Clinical Cardiologist with special concentrations in preventative cardiology and noninvasive cardiovascular testing, including echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, stress echocardiography, carotid ultrasounds, and Holter monitors.
