I had never heard of Optum until this appointment. I was looking for a DR since mine retired and I wanted someone who is also a cardiologist besides being a GP. I went in all well Dr mentioned that he cannot do anything without checking my past records. Its one month and I still have not heard back I am sure he has received my records. To top this the office demanded copayment. I've never paid copay for a annual check up but now I recd. an email informing that the Dr is leaving the facility so here I am no follow up call or action and I have to start from scratch and again a copay when I find another NEW dr. BIG DISSAPINTMENT
