Dr. Kearse is extremely professional with a wonderful bedside manner. He is friendly and puts you immediately at ease. He explained what my issue was in layman terms and gave explicit instructions for home care. He genuinely cared about me as a patient. He was on time for the appt and gave me his full attention during the entire exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Kearse.

Dr. Kearse was born and raised in West Palm Beach and graduated from The King’s Academy. He graduated from the University of Florida with honors in microbiology as an undergraduate, and received his medical degree from University of Florida as well. Dr. Kearse completed an Orthopedic surgery residency at University of Florida-Jacksonville, at Shands Hospital, and also completed a Hand Surgery Fellowship at the University of Miami, at Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Kearse is thrilled to be back in his hometown to practice with Palm Beach Orthopaedic Institute. He trained in general orthopaedics, and the subspecialty of hand, wrist, and elbow, and has a special interest in restoring the function of patients, particularly with hand and upper extremity problems. He works with patients to develop a treatment program that best suits their current condition and will often provide multiple non-operative interventions through the use of activity modifications, medications, injections, bracing and therapy.
