Hi, I’m Dr. Justin Ross. I’m proud to announce that I am accepting a limited number of patients for my online talk therapy practice, SteadyMind.
I am trained to help people with depression, anxiety, trauma, pain management, eating disorders, PTSD and more live a healthy, fulfilled life. SteadyMind Talk therapy is completely online and any interaction with me via text, call or video chat will be private and confidential.
I specialize in helping people address the necessary mental, emotional and behavioral change in order to live and sustain a healthy, desired life. I incorporate mindfulness training and cognitive behavioral therapy ideas into my work in a way that is relatable and easy to implement.
I believe that we all have the capacity to better understand ourselves and develop the ability to self-regulate. My goal as a provider is to help people develop skills that enable them to move towards a desired, meaningful life. I believe everyone has a right to live healthy and be well, and I hope to help everyone I work with achieve this goal. SteadyMind’s makes therapy available and affordable for everyone.
