the wait time was super fast. the doctor was super nice, good listener, answered all my questions and he even asked me questions that i would have forgotten to even ask. i feel that i made the right decision switching primaries.

Un lugar muy poco placentero; como clínica los empleados poco eficientes y de mal humor realmente no es nada profesional.
Quise hacer una pregunta y me contestaron de mala manera sin ninguna etica profesional.
El laboratorio después de las 4:00 pm cierra y si tú cita es después de esa hora no te puedes hacer tus laboratorios.
Llamas al laboratorio y nadie contesta.
Es realmente horrible.
Llegaron los resultados de mi laboratorio y le escribí un email al mi Dr. para que me explique los resultados y nunca me ha contestado.

The provider Justin is personal and professional. He will probe you throughly about any issues you may have and provide you with his analysis. My only issue is the operations of the office he is in.
They’re operations are heavily reliant on Montefiore my chart, it’s a digital provider to patient platform that shares patient lab results and let’s them book appointments. But here’s why it didn’t work for me. During my visit I was provided with lab services for different testing, and was provided with an activation number to activate an account with Montefiore my chart so I can be updated about my lab results. A few days later (before it expired) I tried to sign up for my chart to retrieve my lab results and couldn’t due to an error with the code I was given. So I called my chart services and for some odd reason they could not verify me.
The agent told me that he had a different phone number on file and I should go back to the doctor who saw me so he can fix this issue in the system. So that’s exactly what I did. If getting a hold of a doctor here was smooth sailing, I would probably not be writing this long review.
But when I called Montefiore at the grand concourse location, I had to wait 20-30 minutes just to get a front desk person to help me with getting access to my results. When I finally got a hold of a someone, she told me she would get a doctor to call me back within 72 hrs. So the next day, unfortunately, I missed the doctors call as I was in school. I called back immediately and waited another 20 minutes to speak with someone, to only be told that I would have wait for a call back. So I asked if I could just walk in for my results, she said they do not accept walk ins and that the next available appointment is in 3 months.
In conclusion, their system is fragmented, they need more people to service these types of issues.

Overall very unpleasant visit. I waited over 2 hours after making a long line. The doctor was not very helpful. I will not be returning.
