True healing should encompass the healing of body, soul, and spirit. I dedicate myself in assisting the patients to remove the obstacles to cure and to empower them to charge their lives back to health. Working with my patients, I assume the role of a facilitator, a teacher, and a stewardess for my patients on their pathway to health. As a primary care doctor, I specialize in natural hormone balancing, chronic fatigue, thyroid and adrenal dysfunction, pain issues including migraines, weight management, digestive issues, detoxification, stress reduction, and pre-pregnancy wellness and preparation (fertility). Being both a primary care naturopathic physician and a Chinese medicine practitioner (Acupuncturist and herbalist), I integrated the strengths of both fields to provide the optimal care for my patients.
