Dr. Astrid Neumeier is a chiropractic physician at Active Choice Health & Wellness, Ltd. In addition to traditional chiropractic care, she specializes in soft tissue work and is certified in Graston Technique. She has developed her own method of trigger point therapy that includes Graston, massage, and cold laser -- all of which can be done in the office in the same visit.
