Dr. Astrid Neumeier is a chiropractic physician at Active Choice Health & Wellness, Ltd. In addition to traditional chiropractic care, she specializes in soft tissue work and is certified in Graston Technique. She has developed her own method of trigger point therapy that includes Graston, massage, and cold laser -- all of which can be done in the office in the same visit. She has successfully treated fibromyalgia patients, many sprains and muscle strains, and inflammatory conditions such as plantar fasciitis with her soft tissue treatment technique.
She also uses the McKenzie Method of therapy and exercise for low back pain and neck pain, and she is certified in acupuncture.
