The doctor is very nice and friendly. But I’ve came here 3 times and the wait was nearly 3 hours!!! To only see the doctor for no more than 10 minutes. It doesn’t matter if it’s an early appointment or you arrive early to your appointment, you will be there for a long time. I’ve never had to wait this long in any doctors office for a basic follow up.
I called earlier today before heading out to know if my appointment is confirmed for today since I didn’t receive a confirmation prior to today. I was told that yes, but what they do is “over book” those who make their appointment through ZocDoc. This explains why the wait it is too long. The receptionists are sassy and when today, when I called to say I was stuck in traffic for my 10am appointment and was only two blocks away at 10:20am, she said it’s past 10:15 and can’t accommodate me. Seriously?! Never coming here again! I don’t ever write reviews but I needed to.

My visit with Ms. Amaro was very professional and she was very welcoming I was very comfortable and didn't feel rush at all.
However, the ladies in the front office were not professional and not welcoming at all. When I entered I noticed about 5 women one working and the other 4 talking they need to get it together.

Extremely happy with the service i was provided at this clinic. Quick service but most importantly the Kim-Amaro took her time with my visit and allowed me to ask questions and recieve answers. Definitely feel like I made the right decision of changing from my previous PCP who was a nightmare. Thank you Kim-Amaro for all you do, I truly appreciate it. :)

Do not come here. It doesn’t matter whether you make an appointment or come early for your appointment, you will be waiting over two hours to see the doctor. Save yourself don’t come here. My appointment was for 11:30, it’s now 1:30 and I still haven’t seen the doctor. This is inconvenient and unprofessional. If someone makes an appointment they should be seen within a reasonable time. This is the 3rd time I’ve been here, this happens all the time. I only came here because it’s open on Saturdays and it’s close to my home but it’s not worth it, I will not be coming back. ...

Wait time was ridiculously long and I able to be seen for what I made the appointment for because it wasn’t a service she could provide even though Zocdoc said she does. Nevertheless she was warm and welcoming and gave me a referral for a specialist and even helped me look for ones in my area that would accept my insurance. I will definitely be seeing her again. Just be prepared for the long wait times.

Kim-Amaro is really lovely! Unlike other doctors I've had, she listens to me and refers me to specialists who have actually helped me with my reproductive issues! She is the first doctor to help me discover the cause of my severe menstrual pain; she listens and takes action. She is also very good at communicating through the clinic's website with me and allows me to ask her questions. The wait whenever I go there is super long, and my visit with her is short; that's the only bummer. It can be a bit inconvenient for me as I'm a college student so I'm in and out of the city a lot, but she tries her hardest to get my results to me asap!

After waiting for an hour I was given paperwork to fill out , which I had already done online . The receptionists are all unprofessional , bad attitudes, speak to you as if your dumb. After I waited I was then told I wouldn’t be seen because the doctor isn’t my PCP. I don’t understand how women like these get jobs and how the doctors they work for allow it ! Horrible service , will never go back or recommend anyone to do so .

Doctor was very weird. Was extremely shy and awkward. She literally standing against the wall the entire time during the examination. It seemed as though she had severe social issues as it was hard for her to even make eye contact during the exam.

The best physical I’ve ever had. Dr Kim was sooo nice and listened to everything I was concerned about. She not only listened but checked my concerns or arranged for a test to address it. Totally recommend her.
I like that the office is a medical center so they have everything you need in one. It is a lil far from a train but the bx12 bus will bring you a few blocks away. Not too bad a walk.

I love that she is thorough with annual physicals. She set up a few appointments for me to see a few specialists to ensure everything she was concerned with could be ruled out. It's hard to find a healthcare professional who is this concerned for ones health. :)

She was great however I was disappointed by overall service and explanation of processes at organization. I felt like general routine was rushed and that I was asking more questions than getting things explained to me. The office was very cold and I don't know if it was in best shape that day. Overall she was helpful trying to get me right prescription but I was not very satisfied with overall experience.
