Dr Ayub's PA is great. She takes time to listen and help plan out your next steps. Great office!
he was very nice and straight to the point about my precedure. I FEEL like AM IN GOOD HANDS!

Front desk didn’t have my appointment scheduled so had to wait over 1.5Hrs to be seen.
Using ZocDoc was very easy to make an appointment. Wait time about 5 minutes.
Verified patient
Got in right away, if you call the office it would have been a 3 week wait!

excellent visit on 6/18/25 Zocdoc continually texted me that I had an appointment on 6/20/25 which I DID NOT. Nurse Practioner and P.A. were both excellent. Laura, nurse practioner and Erin was P.A. Both very professional and all procedures were explained to me. Pat G

they did not confirm my appointment they don’t take my insurance even though zocdoc says they do. the information on zocdoc is misleading.

Don’t even waste your time! I came in and found out that they didn’t register my app I made on Zocdoc. They gave me 2 weeks meds supply and told me to come back in 14 days. Turns out, the earliest app they had in 5 weeks! They managed to find time to see me even thou they didn’t have me in system thru Zocdoc but were adamant about follow up in 5 weeks despite the fact that I was given meds only for 2 weeks. Stay away from this place. That is utter unprofessionalism and degrading attitude towards patients.
There needs to be be better communication with front desk on getting ZocDoc appts in the system BEFORE the patient comes in. I came in 15min. earlier, got admitted 30min. later Thank you

Everything was great except for the fact that they didn't have an appointment for me in the computer. According to Zocdoc it was all set. I sat for over 2 hours until they could squeeze me in.
Saw him Aug 22 procedure scheduled for Aug 28.

I went 45 miles to see this Dr and waited more than 2 hours in the office. He came and was not willing to do a physical exam. I was expecting some answers and got nothing. WORST EXPERIENCE.

My visit was Awesome!!! I seen Taylor and she was " Great! " The only problem I had was when I arrived I wasn't in the system they said that ZocDoc doesn't sync with them!
Verified patient
Not sure why it took more than hour in the waiting room to go back to a room, but this appointment was important, otherwise I would have left. However, once I did get to see somebody, I was able to let them know of my frustrations and what led me to them. I was able to explain my symptoms and ask questions without feeling like I was being rushed or pushed out the door. When it was time to leave, I felt a sense of hope and was happy with the result of my visit.
Verified patient
Very thorough and patient...answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in him. Happy with treatment plan and hopeful. Would recommend!! His receptionist got me in to see him, rather than his PA. However, after meeting her, I will be comfortable seeing her in the future.

Awesome doctor visit...

worth the wait.

Even though I really didn't get to actually talk with him, I'd spoken with his assistant, Taylor Aldridge, PA-C. She was very informative and helpful. I should have seen Dr. Ayub before I'd seen Dr. Hall because Dr. Hall was not as informative or helpful, plus with a $500 deductible for not having great patient service is very unacceptable. I would highly suggest Dr. Ayub.

I enjoyed meeting the doctor and the Physicians assistant. My questions were all answered. I left the office feeling much better about my situation.
