Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience visiting and being attended to by Dr. Riaz. I was amazed by the technologically advanced process from start to finish the practice utilizes - from automated check-in/information gathering to the exit process and having the records/communications in an electronic format. The clinical side of my experience was just as good as the front office experience, particularly liked the fact that the equipment was very up to date, with NASA like imagery of my internal orbital system (my two eyes). Dr. Riaz was extremely knowledgeable in the areas I wanted him to touch on, aside from flipping the lenses to ask me if my sight is better not...or better later. Much attention was put in place pertaining to my refraction, as well as trying to understand my extremely annoying eye allergies during the tree mating season aka pollen season. I was intrigued, and amazed with the nauseating details Dr. Riaz explained to me the botanical concepts, and how it impacts my olfactory as well as other aspects of my body. Dr. Riaz also provided me a glance of the inside of my viewing devices aka my eyes, and I found that pretty nice. Didn't know it was very similar to google maps with topography feature on, very nice indeed. I also think Dr. Riaz has a great personality, and I would like to visit him in the near future for my other Optho needs.
