Kara is amazing. She knows her stuff well and is able to communicate it amazingly. It's rare that a doc or NP sit and spend 30+ minutes to help get things figured out and make a patient comfortable. Every time I've been to Prairie Glen I have been impressed to the knowledge, approachability and overall kindness of the staff.
