Dr. Allen is very caring and thorough. She explains her exam and the outcome and gives her opinion of what you need in a professional and non-salesy way. She truly wants what is best for her clients. Her staff are very happy, helpful, and professional. I will be using Dr Allen as my eye doctor from now on and will highly recommend her and her staff!

Premier Vision of Dallas is a new optometric office located in the heart of Addison, TX. We offer a full service optical, contact lens services, and comprehensive eye care. Premier Vision of Dallas accepts many major medical and vision insurance plans, and we are pleased to work with patients to maximize their benefits.
Dr-Karen-AllenDr. Karen Allen is a Therapeutic Optometrist and optometric glaucoma specialist, which means she can treat eye problems like pink eye and styes, dry eye and glaucoma as well as providing precise and clear prescriptions for glasses and contacts. She grew up in Carrollton, and then went to Texas A&M University before receiving her optometric degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She returned to the Dallas area in 2001, and began practicing optometry. She has practiced in many different settings, from the VA clinic to a large LASIK center, in large private practices and small offices next to national optical chains. Dr. Allen started Premier Vision of Dallas in order to bring all the good ideas from these different practices together to offer a patient centered experience to residents here in the Dallas area. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves living in Dallas for its fine arts and entertainments, and also likes to travel, especially if fishing is involved.

This was the best eye doctor visit I've ever had in my entire life. I would totally recommend them to anyone. Dr. Karen was very personable and very easy to talk to.
