Ms. Banks was extremely professional. She did one of the best medical history consultations that I have ever had. She was very professional and welcoming. Her nurse was very helpful and considerate as I was very sick during my visit. I found Ms. Banks online via Zocdoc on a Friday and had an appointment for Saturday the next day, for which I was very grateful. The atmosphere is very calm, and the office is exceptionally clean. It was certainly worth the drive from Hampton. Ms. Banks is now my new Primary Care Provider. I would certainly recommend.

My appointment was rescheduled 3 times due to the doctor having some personal things going on which is reasonable. I show up for the appointment the doors are locked and no one was there. I have to find someone else

The office was closed during my appointment time. I was not contacted about appointment being cancelled. When I called they stated that I should have received a notification that my appointment was moved to a different date. I have yet to receive anything. Maybe it's ZOCDOC fault but it not a good impression for my first time using ZOCDOC.

From the start, it was very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. I could sense that they were genuinely concerned about my health and the future outcome of my conditions. It was comforting to see a health care provider, who listened and balanced the treatment plan in a way that I believe I can follow.
