Dr. Dimalanta uses a variety of approaches including evidenced based treatment and collaboration with her clients. Primary approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
