Dr. Heard's assistants are very pleasant. Dr. Heard seems to be a good doctor and I am happy with her so far.
Trying to get prescriptions refilled is much less that satisfactory. My pharmacy has had to give me a couple of days supply while waiting for a refill that sometimes never comes. One of the office staff even scolded me because she said they do not recognize the pharmacy's attempt to get a refill electronically, even though that is how the pharmacy has done it for many years. Good luck if you go with this office.
