Dr Hill was professional and friendly and took her time. She completed my health history personally and spent time asking me about my expectations and perceived needs. The physical was thorough and included a hearing screen, physical exam, ECG and lab. I was extremely satisfied with the experience.

Focused on implementing lifestyle changes to help positively impact her patients’ lives, Dr. Karen Hill is committed to treating most disease states through lifestyle management. She treats patients of all ages with care, compassion, and attention to detail. Before opening her own practice in 2000, Dr. Hill worked as a full-time faculty member at Baylor College of Medicine after completing her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Dr. Karen Hill obtained her medical degree from The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed her residency in both Internal Medicine (Adult Medicine) and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine. She started her career as full time faculty at Baylor College of Medicine until she opened her own practice in 2000. She still maintains an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor for the Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics at Baylor.
Dr. Hill has served on the board for the Clinical Practice Organization at Methodist Hospital, the Harris County Medical Society, and as the Secretary for the Houston Medical Forum. Interested in the administrative aspects of medical care, she accepted a position as Medical Director for Amerigroup Corp until 2009 before returning to school at The University of Houston Bauer College of Business for her MBA.
She has since returned to her practice full time to pursue her true passion. In her personal life, she enjoys cycling, resistance training, and cooking healthy meals. Passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle, she’s also a personal trainer!
