I had let this problem go too long because I found no one in system who cared enough to try and help me.

She has a lovely, cheerful manner, with a great sense of humour and made me feel instantly comfortable.
She listened carefully to my reason for the consultation and sorted out what was required in minutes. She was clearly knowledgeable and experienced in her field.
I felt an instant rapport with Karen which is rare for me especially after a first appointment.
I had chosen to see Karen because of her great reviews, and I can honestly say they are all true.
