Everyone there is super nice!! The nurse had my documents ready when I walked in the door before my appointment. I was seen right away. Quick diagnosis, they took my Medicare and I didn't have to pay anything up front. They sent my prescriptions immediately to the pharmacy and sent a coupon that saved me even more on them! Great place! Will definitely be back!

I would not recommend psychiatric treatment or advice from this clinic unless you want to be scolded for not answering a simple question from said doctor out of physical and mental exhaustion because “I wasnt listening the past 10 minutes”, the girls are doing their best which I will appreciate dearly

My experience at West Oaks was amazing!!! The office was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. I was seen right away. The NP Karen did a good assessment on my medical concerns and sent me to the lab and MRI same day!
