As a psychiatrist, I specialize in empowering individuals to overcome challenges and unlock their potential for growth. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from New York University and completed my Psychiatry residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Additionally, I hold a Juris Doctor from Harvard University, which enriches my nuanced understanding of the unique pressures faced by professionals, students, and those navigating life transitions. My clinical expertise includes treating mood disorders, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and personality disorders. My approach is rooted in whole-person care, combining evidence-based medication management with integrative psychotherapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and ACT. I also provide ADHD coaching to enhance organization and time management skills, helping patients achieve a greater sense of balance and control in their lives.
