About Karla Lamley, FNP-C, PMHNP – Integrative & Psychedelic Psychiatric Care
Karla Lamley is a double board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a deeply holistic, integrative approach to care. With decades of experience in both physical and mental health, Karla brings a unique blend of medical expertise, spiritual insight, and cultural reverence to her practice.
Her professional path was shaped by personal healing and a lifelong curiosity about the human condition. Karla completed a year-long fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, with a specialty in Psychedelic Medicine. She is certified in both Ketamine and Psilocybin medication management and trained in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy.
Karla honors the wisdom of indigenous traditions and has worked with Tz’utujil Mayan shamans in Guatemala, while also maintaining a long-standing Kriya Yoga practice since 1998. She believes in supporting the full spectrum of healing—mind, body, heart, and spirit—and integrates these principles into her therapeutic work.
She is also the founder of The Heart of Everything Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to cultural preservation, holistic wellness, and personal transformation.
