I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. O’Dell today. She was very thorough and knew her stuff. She and the speech therapists were kind. She took the time to really listen to me. So she had a full picture of what my issues are. She even asked the questions that I didn’t know enough to ask, and had detailed answers. At one point when I was being evaluated by the speech therapist, she stepped out the room to do research. By the time she came back in, she had a treatment plan laid out. Due to my having a rare primary diagnosis. I really appreciate the extra time and research. The speech therapist was equally lovely. I didn’t realize how much my issue was effecting my life before our conversation. As were the receptionist and nurse. The office was very clean. I am happy I found her, it’s clear that everyone working there enjoys their jobs. I feel completely comfortable having her as specialist.

It was a great experience! The only grievance is with the usc teledoc app, which seems to have issues.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. O’Dell. Her expertise and thorough examination put me at ease. Dr. O’Dell took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way I could understand. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

my telehealth appointment was easy to connect to, and I did not have any connection interruptions during the call. Dr. O'Dell reviewed my information with me and asked if I had any questions. the questions i did have received short responses and no further clinical explanation. This made me feel rushed and appeared cold, as my actual appointment was shorter than my wait time.

I needed her to give me something to help treat the bumps in the back of my throat. She didn’t! I was there for a reason. I asked her to take out the tonsil stones and she refused to saying she couldn’t see any. Well when I got in the car boom I pushed them out. I wanted her to actually help me. I have dry mouth she did nothing for it. Whatever. I’m over it. I feel like I’m chocking but thanks for nothing again.
